Your property can be a home, villa, apartment, or cabin but usually needs to be worth more than R7m and have something that sets it apart from the rest - that makes it ICONIC. By doing this, we are able to curate the best spots to ensure a memorable stay for guests, and a good return on investment for property owners. Should we choose not to manage your property, we are happy to refer you to companies we have worked with who can assist.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING AND FEES?

Our pricing and fees are transparent and competitive. We offer flexible pricing structures tailored to your needs, and our fees are based on a percentage of your rental income. There are no hidden costs, so you always know what to expect.

CAN I STILL USE MY PROPERTY FOR PERSONAL USE?

Absolutely! You have full control over your property's availability. Simply let us know when you want to use it, and we'll block off the dates for you, or you can do so from your owners portal. Your property is still yours to enjoy whenever you like.

Browse through the available listings, select the one that suits your needs, and follow the prompts to complete your booking securely either directly with us, or through Airbnb or Booking.com.
